• In line with our vision, IGT has deployed state of the art infrastructure and world class technology named Tower Operating Centre (TOC). IGT is the only company who is using the advance technology in Myanmar Telecom market which widely recognized by our customer and other industry players.
• For efficient operations, the Telecom Towers need to be maintained, serviced, repaired, overhauled and upgraded from time to time. In order to streamline and simplify the process, all this is managed from a single centralized location that operates 24×7, called the Tower Operations Center (TOC).IGT’s Tower Operations Center (TOC), monitors site performance across towers on a real-time, 24×7 basis using – driving improvements in uptime levels and energy costs through analytics and operational visibility, while tracking cost expenditures.
• It is also supported by a field work-force resulting in reduced downtime and efficient remote monitoring mechanism. The Tower Operation Centre at IGT is capable of monitoring, controlling and reporting of all telecom sites. This 24×7 service center handles MIS reports and issues specific passive infrastructure alarms.
